We have a 10-day return policy.

Full-priced items:

Items purchased at full price may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned with the original packaging.

Discounted items:

All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you select your discounted items carefully when purchasing.

1. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.
2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Even if the item was shipped free of charge, the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse. If the item(s) meet our return standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For the United Kingdom, the price you see is the price you pay – NO IMPORT DUTIES.

*For all other customers, the import duty is not included in the listed online price. As a customer, you will be responsible for import duties/taxes incurred in the destination country/region. Please note that we don't have visibility of customs costs.
